Our Commitment

SRP US Logistics Private Limited is committed to conducting its business in a socially responsible manner and contributing to sustainable and inclusive development of society. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focus on improving the quality of life of underprivileged communities while promoting environmental sustainability.

This CSR Policy has been framed in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable CSR Rules, as amended from time to time.

CSR Vision

To create a positive and lasting impact on society by supporting initiatives that address hunger, education, women empowerment, rural development, and environmental protection.

CSR Focus Areas

The Company undertakes CSR activities in line with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, with emphasis on the following areas:

1. Eradicating Hunger and Poverty

  • Distribution of food packets, cooked meals, and essential food grains to needy and underprivileged people.
  • Support for nutrition and food security programs.

2. Education and Literacy

  • Promoting education, including special education.
  • Supporting literacy programs, skill development, and vocational training initiatives.

3. Women Empowerment

  • Supporting initiatives aimed at social and economic empowerment of women.
  • Programs related to women's education, health, skill development, and livelihood generation.

4. Rural Development

  • Supporting rural development projects for improving basic infrastructure and community well-being.
  • Initiatives related to sanitation, clean drinking water, and rural livelihood enhancement.

5. Environmental Protection

  • Promoting environmental sustainability and ecological balance.
  • Activities related to conservation of natural resources, waste management, and environmental awareness.

CSR Implementation Approach

CSR initiatives are implemented directly or through eligible trusts, societies, Section 8 companies, and registered non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with a proven track record.

The Company has supported the following organizations in recent financial years:

FY 2023–24

Contribution to Arya Foundation towards food distribution, rural development, education, women empowerment, and environmental protection activities.

FY 2024–25

Contribution to Azad Foundation towards distribution of food packages/grains to needy people and related social welfare initiatives.

CSR Governance and Monitoring

  • CSR activities are monitored periodically to ensure effective utilization of funds and achievement of intended social impact.
  • The Company ensures transparency and accountability in all CSR initiatives.
  • Details of CSR activities are disclosed in the Board's Report and other statutory disclosures, as applicable.

CSR Budget

The CSR expenditure is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Any surplus arising out of CSR activities shall not form part of the Company's business profits and shall be utilized strictly for CSR purposes.

Policy Review

The Board of Directors may review and amend this CSR Policy from time to time to align it with statutory requirements and organizational objectives.

This CSR Policy is approved by the Board of Directors of SRP US Logistics Private Limited and is effective from the date of approval.
